Parkside is hosting an ice cream social to benefit the Walk Against Hunger on Friday, April 12 from 4:30 to 5:30. Students and families are all welcome. Our annual talent show will follow with the doors opening at 5:30 for a 6:00 start. Please join us to support our students.

We are excited that Girls on the Run (5) and Heart & Sole (6-8) have come to Parkside! They are a great opportunity to learn life skills, make friends and increase physical activity. Teams meet twice a week beginning in March. Please contact nchartier@mansd.org with questions.
We are excited that two of our basketball teams have the ability to compete in championship games tomorrow. Our Girls A Team will play at 9:00 AM at Nashua South High School and our Boys B Team will play at 10:45 AM at Hood Middle School in Derry.
8th Graders and Manchester School of Technology
MST visited with 8th grade students recently and provided them information on the programs and offerings at their school. Students must apply to attend MST High School. Space is limited and this MST HS Application will be due to Ms. Weathers, the 8th grade school counselor by February 16th.
There is an evening open house for Manchester 8th grade students to visit MST with a parent/guardian on Thursday, February 8 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. There will be bus transportation provided for families from Parkside and Kelley Falls. Thank you to UNH and SLATE for bringing the "Earth Around Us Soil Tent" to Parkside today. 5th graders had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of soil, and to emerge with new tools for observing their soil environment, wherever they may find themselves.
